Congratulations on winning the WTF Moment of the Day, Debra Messing! I mean, you have an Express bag in your hand - change into the clothes you bought! Is that a muumuu, or a kiddie pool draped over you? Maybe you’re on your way to a birthday party and wanted to wear the tissue paper so as not to lose it. At least you look comfortable I guess. Seriously, WTF?
