WTF, Carrot Top?

In our WTF Moment of the Day, Carrot Top has stopped shooting up steriods long enough to come out in the light and get photographed. How many shoulder shrugs must one do to not be able to lift their arms? I guess that explains the hair though. If you can’t reach it, just let it go! It’s bad when the only thing that looks normal on him is black finger nail polish. Take the stage now buddy, you’ll get some laughs. Seriously, WTF?
