WTF Britney Spears… Your Damn Hair!

Guess who’s dying her own hair again? Yep… Britney Spears. Note the wad of hair on the back of her head that didn’t get sufficient amounts of dye.

Not only that, but it looks like she’s doing her own weaves, or having her cousin Alli do it. As if that wasn’t worthy of a WTF moment enough, let’s talk her dress, better yet… let’s not.
