The newest ad for PETA, a 30 second spot which features a naked Alicia Silverstone, has been pulled from television in Houston. The decision to pull the ad came just hours before it was slated to air on Lifetime, the Food Network and E!.

The spot was pulled by the Comcast cable company.

The ad, which depicts the benefits of a healthy vegetarian lifestyle, was scheduled to run in Houston because reportedly, Houston is one of the most unhealthy cities in the country. In the ad, Silverstone claims becoming a vegetarian was a positive move for the actress:

“I’m Alicia Silverstone, and I’m a vegetarian. There’s nothing in the world that’s changed me as much as this. I feel so much better and have so much more energy.”

A rep for Comcast said the ad was pulled because of nudity, however it was previously approved and news sources have already aired clips.

Sources say the ad will still run in Dallas. If you haven’t seen the ad, you can view it HERE.
