Paris Hilton, has filed suit against Halmark Greeting Cards, because her wittle feelers got hurt. The Smoking Gun has the court documents.

It’s not that Paris needs the money, but she has every right to sue over copyright infringement. Hallmark should have known better.
It’s high time that Paris has her lawyers go after some of the people who continually try to use her and print falsehoods. She has been much too nice about all this in the past.

Paris is absolutly right to sue the store. first, she is not insulted at all!! Let’s face it , she is just after the money, which is mostly okay!! Using the catchphrase might be okay,(it is not Really hers, anyway!!) but the unauthorized use of her picture to commercialize a product is surely NOT!!! (Logical instead of fan’s point of view!…)
