Britney Spears Gets Her First Court Ordered Drug Test
By Allie | September 21, 2007
Britney Spears, leaving the facility after getting her first court-mandated drug test done.
And how was your day?

Oh yeah, she was also officially charged today, in that hit and run automobile accident from August. She faces up to 6 months in jail.

Hmmmm…does this mean the results of the test were not good news for her? Other sites are implying she’s upset about the misdemeanor charges against her, which really doesn’t make sense for a couple of reasons: 1) it is a misdemeanor charge-not a felony; 2) she is a celebrity-see: Paris, Nicole & Lindsay (& she was charged w/ a FELONY, I believe). Noone would be happy about facing any type of criminal charges, but is there any reason for her to take these seriously? (I mean, how long has she been driving sans-license? We know she’s been pulled over for traffic stops in the past thanks to x17, but was NEVER cited for her lack of license).
The fact that this picture was taken as she was leaving the facility after her first drug test leads me to believe she’s crying b/c drugs were detected in her system (which the test would indicate immediately). Testing positive for controlled substances would be MUCH worse for her legally than a couple of minor traffic citations.
This is all speculation of course, but your reporting certainly raises some interesting issues.
