Although Keira Knightley has been dating boyfriend Rupert Friend for 2 years, she was recently spotted getting close to a “tall and handsome mystery man” while shopping near her home in London.

She is British, though. This could just be a casual greeting of hugs and kisses.

In other Keira news, she is now preparing to take on the lead role in a new film, ‘The Duchess’. She had told Elle in May that “The celebrity thing is completely crazy. I think I just have to move away or give it up altogether.” Her plans to move on from the acting business appear to be on hole for now, as filming starts in October.

Keira recently completed filming The Edge Of Love with Sienna Miller and she also stars with James McAvoy in Joe Wright’s film Atonement, which opens the Venice Film Festival this month.

Keira has also replaced Kate Moss as the face of Chanel, scoring a cool £500,000.
