X17 May Be Source of Lindsay Lohan’s Stolen Photos

The infamous knife photos of Lindsay Lohan and Vanessa Minnillo were reportedly stolen by a X17 photographer out of her Mercedes.

“Those photos were stolen by a paparazzi when Lindsay went to The Ivy for lunch,” says a source to gossip site Celebrity Babylon.

X17 is the agency who published and leaked the photos. The source says they are privy to the information because they worked for X17 up until recently.

“[The photog] waited until the valet parked her car and then reached inside, took her camera that was just laying on the seat, downloaded the photos on to his laptop hard drive, and put the camera back.

“By the time the valet brought Lindsay’s car around, everything was just the way it was when she got out, and she had no clue what had happened. She has so many troubles, what’s she going to do, sue? It’s like kicking someone when they’re down — way down.”

I think it’s a low shot if the photos were actually stolen, but on the other hand, she probably would’ve posted them on her MySpace page anyway.
