Cyndi Lauper spoke out to Britney Spears on her blog after reading a Page Six article on Britney joining the tour.

So the real story is:Britney was invited to perform in Las Vegas with us. No one representing Britney ever responded.
But here is the deal, Britt?? If ya hear this; you are welcome to come to the Greek. This is a good cause and I am grateful that the spirit moved ya doll. And if ya are coming, can you contact us..????
Though I don’t know you, you seem like a good kid. You are welcome.

What is more curious, the fact that Cyndi Lauper reads Page Six, or that she thinks Britney seems like a good kid?
