Why does Lindsay Lohan always look like a 12 year old girl, who got into Mommy’s make-up case?

Lindsay sure is a CELEBCURRY, and she knows what will catch the camera’s eys. girl is really grownup now and her fashion statements also show what a WOWBOOTY she is.
