80’s Pop Singer Tiffany to Join ‘Celebrity Fit Club’
By Allie | October 27, 2006
Now that Celebrity Fit Club has worked its magic on Tina Yothers (she lost 42 pounds!) it’s time to raise the bar: ‘80s pop tart Tiffany tells us she’s already signed on for the show’s fifth season.
“We start next month, so no more Taco Bell for me,” the 35 year-old singer revealed Tuesday night at an after-party for the VH-1 original movie Totally Awesome (premieres November 4).
Tiffany – whose hits include “Could’ve Been” and “I Think We’re Alone Now”, grew into her new, larger physique after appearing on the cover of Playboy in August 2002.
“Being on the road I ate at late hours and I gained a lot of weight,” she admits. “I think what I’m most afraid of is having them zoom in on all my flawed areas live before everyone. I think that’s a little scary…admitting that you’ve got a little more love than you should have.”
